Recurring Lesson Terms & Conditions
Billing & Enrollment
• Recurring lessons run on a perpetual enrollment model. Your subscription continues automatically each month until a Withdrawal Request Form is submitted.
• Your monthly tuition reflects how many lesson dates fall within that calendar month. For example, a month with 4 Mondays bills for 4 lessons, and a month with 5 Mondays bills for 5 lessons.
• Your first month is collected at booking. Billing processes automatically on the 1st of each month.
• Payment is due on the 1st of each month. If payment remains overdue by the 5th of the month, a $25 overdue charge will be applied.
• One subscription is required per swimmer.
Cancellations
Early Cancellation (48+ hours notice)
• Cancel 48+ hours in advance and it's added back to your account to reschedule, based on SLWM's availability.
• Only one unused lesson rolls over per month, expiring after 4 months. Any additional unrescheduled lessons are forfeited.
Late Cancellation or No Show (less than 48 hours notice)
• Cancel less than 48 hours before your lesson, or miss it without notice, and the lesson is forfeited immediately. There is no makeup, rollover, or refund.
Instructor Illness & Weather
• If your instructor is unable to teach due to illness, or if weather or pool conditions cancel a lesson, SLWM will provide a substitute instructor or issue a makeup lesson valid for 4 months, whichever fits best.
Booking a Makeup Lesson
• Makeup and rollover lessons can be booked any time in the SLWM app, or by reaching out to our team at info@swimlessonswithmary.com or by text or call. We'd love to help.
Instructor Availability
• Our instructors often balance school, another job, and other commitments outside of SLWM.
• SLWM may need to change your swimmer's instructor due to illness or changes in an instructor's schedule.
• We cannot guarantee a specific instructor's availability for makeup or rollover lessons.
Minimum Commitment & Withdrawal
• Recurring lessons require a minimum commitment of 8 weeks.
• When you're ready to withdraw, submit a Withdrawal Request Form.
• Requests submitted by the 5th of the month end lessons at the end of that month.
• Requests submitted after the 5th continue lessons through the following month.
Refunds
• SLWM does not issue refunds for any reason.
Swim Diaper Policy
• Swimmers who are not potty trained must wear a Happy Nappy Duo during lessons. Disposable swim diapers aren't permitted in the pool.
