Meet Tina

SWIM INSTRUCTOR

Tina grew up in New York and has always loved the water. She swam on her school team from sixth grade through senior year and worked as a lifeguard. After years in Jacksonville, she and her husband moved to Greenville in 2020.

Tina has taught swimming for over five years. She grew up in her mom’s in-home daycare, then babysat, taught daycare, and raised kids of her own. She gets how little ones learn and grow.

Tina lives out our Safety to Stroke Method in every lesson. Safety comes first, and confidence builds from there. She earns each swimmer’s trust, meets them where they’re comfortable, and keeps lessons fun. When a skill feels tough, she breaks it into small steps until they’ve got it. Every win gets celebrated, and parents always leave knowing what to practice at home. Outside of the pool, Tina loves baking, crafting, and her two dogs and four cats.
