Meet Lauren

SWIM INSTRUCTOR

Lauren was born in Missouri but spent most of her childhood in Fiji as a missionary kid. That experience shaped her love for helping others and being part of a strong community—something she brings into every swim lesson. She has 7 years of childcare experience, including two years as a preschool teacher, which sparked her passion for working with young kids and supporting their growth. She's especially good at helping little swimmers feel calm, safe, and encouraged in the water. Lauren was homeschooled and is currently studying cosmetology at Paul Mitchell. Outside the pool, she enjoys staying creative and spending time with people. She cannot wait to meet you and help you reach your swim goals.
